1. Security & Order Confirmation

If You pay by credit or debit card, Your details are handled by Sage Pay on a secure server using the highest available levels of encryption. While it is impossible for any web site to be completely impregnable to fraud, Our system of a secure server and encryption offers a excellent level of security that You can be confident with.

When You place an order to purchase a product We will send You an e-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing the details of Your order including transaction and order reference numbers. Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product which is accepted by Us when We process payment for your order. When We accept Your order, We will send a Despatch Confirmation E-mail. If You have incorrectly entered Your email address Your confirmation and despatch email will fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect Your order. Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation email or despatch confirmation email in no way invalidates Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.

2. Post & Packaging

Please see the "Information" section of the website for details on P&P costs and the services used to ship your order. Full and valid postcodes are required for every order. We will not send any orders without a valid postcode. If You provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, We do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive. Orders may take up to 21 days to be dispatched if the order contains a shirt, 7 days otherwise.

3. Damage & Tracking Parcels

In the event that Your products are damaged in transit please contact Us within 48 hours of receipt. If products sent are not delivered please contact Us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure. If orders are considered by Us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time has elapsed we shall at Our discretion either refund or resend the order.

6. Returns Policy - our guarantee

We will offer a full refund or exchange in the event that any product we sell to you is faulty, or differs in any way from your order specifications. In this case, please return the items within 28 days of receipt, washed or unwashed, for the choice of a full refund or exchange.

Please note that if incorrect measurements are supplied to us, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange as our shirts are tailor-made to order; however, we will undertake to alter the shirt if this is possible.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us at helpdesk@curtisanddyer.co.uk stating the reason for the return. We will then contact you and make arrangements for the return and refund. For your protection, please use a recorded postal service for all returns.

They also allow You to maintain a shopping basket and within registration allow you to access stored information. Note that to use this web site, Your browser must accept cookies.

Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but You can usually change your browser to prevent that. Please consult the help files of Your browser to find out more about this option.

When You enter a promotional feature, We may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so We can administer the contest and notify winners. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.

When You order Our products using your credit card, You will be taken to a secure server, hosted by Sage Pay, which is a large UK-based secure credit card processing service provider, in order to give you the greatest degree of security possible. Please note that We keep no records of Your credit card details on our servers (except billing address); again, to ensure Your security.
