Customer Information Please scroll down the page or click on a link below to view our customer information section. About Curtis & Dyer Curtis & Dyer was established in 2005 in London to give customers the opportunity to buy bespoke men's shirts at a reasonable price, without compromising on quality or available options. The need for affordable bespoke men's shirts became apparent when we looked at how difficult it was to find a shirt that fitted well off the peg, regardless of one's body shape and size. In addition, making each shirt to a customer's exact orders gives us the opportunity to be able to offer a choice of fabric, collar and single and double cuff designs so that you can design your perfect shirt. We are able to offer our shirts at such reasonable prices due to our principle of selling direct to you, the customer, and cutting overheads by retailing our products using this web site. In addition, because we control the whole manufacturing and retailing process, we are able to ensure very high quality standards while being able to keep down prices. Curtis & Dyer are based in London, and through our shirtmakers we have decades of experience of fine shirting materials and the tailoring techniques for bringing the best out of them. We use only fine, high count pure cotton fabrics to make our Jermyn Street quality shirts, and offer a wide range of collar, cuff and fitting options. If you place an order with us and the measurement details appear unlikely, we will contact you to confirm that the measurements details are correct. If you intend to order a large number of shirts (greater than three) we would recommend that you start off by ordering one shirt and ensuring the fit is absolutely perfect before ordering the rest. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are now available from Curtis & Dyer, and can be used in part or full payment of an order. Each voucher may only be used once. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no cash change can be given although if an amount (greater than that of the smallest denomination gift voucher) of a voucher is unused after an order then a voucher code of a smaller denomination will be offered. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 9 months from the date of purchase. Cancelling orders If you decide to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible as we are unable to cancel orders for which we have already undertaken work. A one-off postage and packing charge applies to each order. The table below details the countries we currently ship to, the postage and packing costs, and the service used to ship your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks, if the order contains a shirt. Other orders will be dispatched within 7 days. We will endeavour to ship each order as a complete package; however, there may very rarely be circumstances where parts of the order are shipped separately (for example very large orders). Returns and refunds - our guarantee We will offer a full refund or exchange in the event that any product we sell to you is faulty, or differs in any way from your order specifications. In this case, please return the items within 3 calendar months of receipt, washed or unwashed, for the choice of a full refund or exchange. Please note that if incorrect measurements are supplied to us, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange as our shirts are tailor-made to order; however, we will undertake to alter the shirt if this is possible. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at helpdesk@curtisanddyer.co.uk stating the reason for the return. We will then contact you and make arrangements for the return and/or refund. For your protection, please use a recorded postal service for all returns. Here follows a list of other companies we would recommend if you have specialised shirt requirements.
